01. Community Foundation
Built by community.
The original park grew organically from a 150,000-member community network. The next chapter builds on that foundation: community-first programming, including vendor and partnership programs that incubate small businesses.
02. Proven Concept
A model the city already knows.
The first run drew crowds, vendors, and press attention from Fox 26, KHOU, and the Houston Chronicle. The next chapter takes the same blueprint and scales it for permanence.
