On June 17, 2021, Nicholas Perkins purchased the Fuddruckers franchise. He became one of the few Black franchisors of a national brand. Today a Fuddruckers food truck makes its debut at the Houston Grub Park.
We’ve been extremely quiet about this truck and not even trucks at the park knew they were coming. They are the first in a long line of surprises we have for the spring and summer.
Get ready for one of the most memorable summers Houston has ever seen.
