Hourly Rate: $12 / hr
We are seeking a reliable individual who will be responsible for supervising, monitoring and maintaining park grounds. The duties of a Park Attendant are to provide excellent guest service while also maintaining park cleanliness. Duties consist of occasionally taking out trash cans, clear parking area of trash, cleaning food spills or drops, and assisting guests with any questions or concerns they may have. Job duties may vary by the day and you must be willing to work in a range of weather conditions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist as needed
• Ensure park grounds are kept clean
• Participating in opening and closing procedures
• Disinfecting and sanitizing high touch surfaces on continual basis
• Ensuring social distancing and mask guidelines are being adhered to by both guests and associates
• Completes daily tasks associated with maintaining the cleanliness of the park during operating hours including sweeping, bussing, cleaning and stocking bathrooms, and emptying trash cans; refers any larger cleanliness concerns to the Team Leader or Supervisor
• Ensures the safety of the guests and associates by addressing any spills or other concerns in the park area and parking lot
• Work with other staff members in a positive, productive, and professional manner

We are looking for a reliable Park Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the Houston Grub Park. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties. A great maintenance manager will have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts. They will be well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. The goal is to ensure the park and it’s décor are well-cared for and adequate to support the business operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Plan and execute all repair and installation activities
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

We’re looking for:

• Proven experience in maintenance role
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Hourly Rate: Starting at $10 / hr

You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior. A security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and managing perpetrators. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Monitor entrance of vehicles or people in the property
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
• Prevent loss off vendor property
• Enforce the rules and regulations set forth by the client

We’re looking for:

• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Familiarity with report writing
• Registered as a security officer
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• High School diploma is required
